now however it seems to have installed the rom but it always remains on the first page of preloading rom and does not move from there. Ok that it takes time to load the first time but I think there is something wrong ...

My first xiaomi , its running global rom 11.0.7 and I need to wait a week to unlock bootloader, while waiting I've been looking at guides for twrp and root , been looking at the one below and it seems straight forward,

But right at the end it says to flash No_verity_opt_encrypt.zip straght after flashing magisk, its the first time it
mentions this and theres no links to download it , question is ,do I need to flash it

I've looked at 6 or 7 guides now , some dont mention the need of using vbmeta.img , some dont mention the need of using No_verity_opt_encrypt.zip and some dont mention either ?
Could someone who's got twrp and magisk installed post their method ?

FOUND THE WAY!
download and follow carefully with no rush... XiaoMiTool V2 download
Done and install TWRP, then Magisk

Here are my specs :
I should be at 5 minutes from the whole process to install TWRP an Magisk ...
My 10 pro is fully debloated
Adb seems fully functionnal, recognize my phone, make it reboot bootloader, display my device, only the final operations are missing
Which twrp, With or without vbmeta.img, with or without No_verity_opt_encrypt.zip
Any precious help from somebody who succed with the same configuration will be helpfull for everybody!

It installs automatically TWRP -3.3.2b-0219 for MI cc9pro -- by wzsx150
It worked with my configuration and also installed Magisk 20.30(20300), and Magisk manager 7.5.1 (267)
I was fed-up reading so many different advices, I DID cross my fingers, and it worked perfectly.
NOT sure it will be the safe way for everybody.

There's a huge bug inside your TWRP, something you haven't considered maybe

The Mi Note 10 / Mi CC9 Pro uses for the data partition f2fs. If I format my partition on twrp, it'll be changed to ext4, which causes a Bootloop on MIUI.

it didn't work, stucked in boot screen, the white one with "CC By XIaomi" and "powered by Android" at the bottom since more then half hour....

Well, if that happens again, the next time after you have followed the tutorial, you can use fastboot format:f2fs userdata. This will definitely work.

tested, I have installed xiaomi.eu 20.3.26 and removed the recovery that integrates the rom to be able to use yours, now it works well, thanks
