Check one by one if you have:
- "developer options" unlocked, including "USB debugging" checked,
- fastboot installed,
- unlocked bootloader.

I'm trying to install Evolution X from this ROM but I'm stuck at step 3, there is no option to wipe system/data I can only wipe cache, how can wipe system, is it even necessary to install Evolution X?

You probably have "stock recovery", you must have "custom recovery" installed.
I am using recovery geoanto555, from >> this << topic.

ℹ️ Remember that to "replace" the recovery you need to unlock the bootloader first.

Yeah I was talking about the custom recovery, I can't find how to wipe system, anyway I proceeded without wiping the system and Evolution X worked.

A little bit off-topic. Anyone here who flash Xiaomi Eu rom experienced "This device isn't Play Protect certified" after installing the rom? Anyone here have a fix to this issue? Thank you and hoping for answer.

"This device isn't Play Protect certified" was already showing to me when installing xiaomi.eu build 21.8.18 or 21.8.11 (I installed one of them "clean"). It was enough to install Magisk and hide Google Services. SaftyNet went through with no problem and you could use the Play Store.

Currently (ie from September 2), Google has messed up something and their changes have complicated the use of the phone with Google Services. There are several solutions circulating on the internet, but let's say 50/50 works - for me, no solution works. I tried the three file method (riru, lsposed, xprivacylua) and one file method (safetynet-fix-shim-MOD).

I will keep on fighting ...... 💪

    hi team,
    good day.
i noticed that "eu roms" kept being mentioned. what does it mean?
will this still work for me as long as my redmi 9t is "lime" when running "fastboot getvar product"?
as i am from philippines and not from EU (maybe a dumb question but just want to confirm before flashing twrp).
    thanks.
Xiaomi EU is a custom rom based from the original MIUI but with the EU version they removed ads and optimized system for better performance and include global features.
    2
how do i know the "LIME" version of redmi 9t?
