This does not work!!! Cant install twrp file!!! And when i tried to install that P8Lite kirin version of the TWRP, it went smoothly, but when installing cm13 it failed bc wrong twrp...

Can't install recovery when I'm booting through pc it show "dtb" not found

hello,guys im stuck with a f*c*ing woerd problem...
the problem is i flash twrp recovery from fastboot by- "fasboot flash recovery twrp.img" on my honor 4x-chel-04(indian)
variant............ and fastboot shows twrp flashing process is successfully completed....................but when i try to reboot in twrp recovbery there is stock recovery...and i tried to use fastboot boot twrp.img an dit boots in twrp.....................anybody tell me why my stock recovery is not getting replaced by twrp......
