Hi everyone, I'm a MSM8916-based device owner and I found this thread by searching TWRP builds for G620S-UL00... but I'm a bit confused: how the same recovery can work for different chipsets (Honor 4x is Kirin 620-based, am I wrong) ?
Not all,these mount QC410:
Honor 4x Che1_CL10 /Che1_CL20 /Che1_L04

Honor 4X comes in two variants, SD410 and Kirin. It's a huge mess and it's very hard to differentiate between different versions. Anyway this is for the Snapdragon version indeed, so you're good to go. Also check out CM-13.0/upcoming Lineage 14.1

touch is not working only in recovery

Hi guys,

I have problem with twrp, which i cant solve.

I've recently replaced my broken digitizer in g620s-l01. Since then my digitizer is not working, but only in recover.

Can enyone have this same problem?

I tried to reconnecting digitzer with motherboard, reinstaling twrp. Nothing work.

What do you think? Is this the problem of broken digitizer or is this only a software problem ?

I have che1-cl10 running on twrp 2.8.7. I'm trying to go back to stock but the phone has gone crazy. I can't mount data, persist, internal storage or cache so I can't flash any roms. I also don't have a fastboot but found a way to use fastboot through having the dload folder in the sd card and booting emergency download mode. It looks like mokee rom corrupted everything.I have tried to factory reset but won't let me. I've tried to flash new versions of twrp but it says that it has flashed but when i reboot version is still 2.8.7.

anyone know what the problem is?

EDIT: I can boot it into twrp 3.0.3 but its upside and words are inverted 0_o. Still have the same problems as 2.8.7. I just want to go back to stock

Twrp recovery for che2-l11

Hi everyone, I am just wondering if this recovery works for che2-l11 and, if not, if there is any recovery for it.
Thanks in advance

fastboot flash recovery failed (any ideas?)

Here is the screenshot of various fastboot commands.

(Image post not working, so typing in text)

"FAILED (data transfer failure (Unknown error))"

I have 2 versions of fastboot on PC. Minimal, and what seems full version. Each had exactly same problem.
I also tried changing usb ports on PC (some forum had this solution).

On this old spare phone of mine, I have previously opened it up to take battery out and revive battery. Its possible I suppose that I could have damaged flash storage (internal mem).
This phone mostly does a boot loop. Occasionally has booted into OS. I managed to get Bootloader PW through DC-Unlocker that way.

Any ideas. I'm at the end of what I know.

@dianlujitao
I installed twrp-3.2.3-1-cherry (date-270818) and problems arose when installing Roms:
1. do not install the Roms and mark error 7.
2. It also fails in the indication of the twrp version ,it says that it is 3.2.3-0 not 3.2.3-1
I reinstalled version 3.2.3-0-cherry (date-080818) and it works correctly.
I am enclosing a log of the recovery (although in the log it says that it is of the twrp-3.2.3-0 it is of the twrp-3 2.3-1). As indicated previously it fails in the name of the version.
A greeting.
