This version is not listed in Rom manager, and only offers manually installed version options 2.x and 3.x. So which is the option to pick?

You'll always find the latest official CWM recoveries here: http://www.clockworkmod.com/rommanager
I suggest instead of uploading it again, you simply link to that page.
Please check again. Jamal has provided a more easily to install version of original recovery. This is a zip file installable from recovery and not a IMG like original.....

Still this belongs in general because he did not created this.
All ROM / MOD / DEV / etc... found in the DEV section not created by the DEV themselves does not qualify as a development and will be moved to General. It should be properly tagged as [INFO] or [REF], with links to the source website were it was found

Ok he created a zip file but he didn't make the recovery.

Anyone else having issues mounting SanDisk 64GB Ultra MicroSDXC Class 10 Memory Card. Recovery can not see it. Phil's worked but that recovery caused many other issues. I can see 16GB & 32GB just fine in recovery.

sry cwm support not 64 gb cards ......
It does, the card has only to be formatted with either fat32 or ext3.

I'd advise using ext3. Don't know if Samsung stock roms are compatible with it then, but cyanogenmod is working fine with it.
So try using ext3 and if the rom you want to use doesn't support that, use fat32 and you'll be fine ;)
