I don't have it I guess. I did that, and it says "No results found", so I went ahead and installed 6.0.4.4, booted into recovery, did a back up, and when I went to reboot I still get the fix root message. I mean when you select Reboot system, and then the next screen shows, and there are about six rows of "NO", then one "YES - Fix Root su/system/ux/bin" or something like that, and then two more "NO"s. Should I select to fix root? I selected "NO", and then I ran Root checker after it rebooted, and it passed with correct root access.
Yea same here don't really know if I do it I should select yes or no

Look on the Web to really get an idea of what it is and check it out http://sammyhub.com/2013/10/10/galaxy-note-3-reactivation-lock/
with what I read and understand if it was activated you wouldn't have to basically have to sign back into samsung account so what I am going to be on the safe side is remove my Samsung account all together cause u have to be signed in to have it working so pressing yes to fix root shouldn't be a problem at all
