Currently I have the EVA-L19C900B168
I want to change to EU region, I mean the C432
I tried this methood but dind't work, I have troubles to understand what have to do in "Paste recovery command"... I execute the comands like you post but didn't work

You cannot change your cust with this method - it's just for updating to unapproved Firmwares but for the same cust you already have.
If you want to change the cust you can debrand with this method:

It's not perfect described, I will open a new Thread soon I get more time. But you can do it with this steps.

I was able to use this method to go straight to B394 from a AOSP ROM, but had to manually go to recovery mode to factory reset and wipe cache otherwise my phone wouldn't boot.

From b391 via ota to b395 then update via no check recovery or hwotazip to b397 and 398

Thanks! Problem solved! After the device has stocked at the logo again i have thougt its the same sh**. But than i´ve booted into the stock recovery1 and made a factory reset and wipe the cache. After that the device was able to boot into the system!!

Just an update. I've successfully installed the B398 fw. using this method. My bad.

The phone stops booting entirely and has to be factory reset. I've done it 4-5 times already.
This hack is useless, crap, junk, stop advertising it as working for L19, it doesn't!

No, the nocheck Recovery it is also tested by other people also for L19 and L29 and it's working. It is also tested on VIE, not only EVA.

But note: it's not possible to go from b386 to b399 without some other Firmwares between.

It's different, not every Firmware must be flashed to have the requirements for the next update, but some cannot be skipped.

On L09 (which is my device) I can go from b386 directly to b394 and then to b397, after to b398 and then to b399.
(not tested from b397 to b399)

It tried also to update from b394 to b398, this was failed, cause of the missing updates between.

Upgraded L09c432 to b399 (two of the three files in package are same for L09 and L19) and it correctly shows b399

Has anyone got the VoWifi working? There are no settings like there were in b378. It seems the modem firmware reports whether it has that capability and the settings app displays the option as necessary. This makes me wonder if somehow the modem fw/partition wasn't correctly updated despite the phone saying it is on b397 (and now b398). I'm on a locked/stock fw as I need to be able to use my banking app although I'd previously been happy modding ROMs

Any insight (can someone check to their carrier/network settings?) appreciated.

Here's a simple alternative "do it yourself" way to apply this superb nocheck recovery by @Atarii
You don't need Root and it doesn't matter if you have Root. Just download the required files and flash one zip file with TWRP:
