recovery fail

hello guys good evening to all, i'm italian, just took me too, show, I have a problem I wanted to format the phone after the update, enter recovery mode but I get a message with the red exclamation mark with written software install fail why? and it only makes me reboot happens to you too .. thank you very much

ciao ragazzi buonasera a tutti, appena preso anche io, spettacolo , ho un problema volevo formattare il telefono dopo l'aggiornamento, entro in modalità recovery ma mi esce un messaggio con il punto esclamativo rosso con scritto software install fail come mai? e mi fa solo riavviare succede anche a voi.. grazie mille
