Recovery help?

Hey guys I need help I deleted my original TouchWiz setup that came with the phone I went into recovery and it wasn't there. So is it possible to use someone else's they post how would I go about this. I have a backup of a rom just in case but I need the original for obvious reasons. Any help would be much appreciated. I am on nc4 ota I flashed nc2 to rom if that helps would I just need nc4 stock tar?

Ok I want to know how to uproot phone without tripping Knox after I figure out the above questions. If someone could shoot me a link to read about how to ect I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
