what is the use of file "no-verity-opt-encrypt-2.1.zip"

Normally on the newer Samsung devices we can flash https://idlekernel.com/fun-stuff-trust-me/no-verity-opt-encrypt/ and then go to the wipe page and use [Format Data] to turn off encryption.

i did Format Data, then i was able to see that my internal storage was mouted,
then I flashed no-verity-opt-encrypt-2.1.zip file from the link with TWRP and again did Format Data
I did system reboot and then rebooted to TWRP, again my internal storage was NOT mounted

what is the use of flashing "no-verity-opt-encrypt-2.1.zip"

You can try this, works for some other devices that were having the same issue.

Flash with twrp then *FORMAT DATA* (not wipe!)
Reboot to recovery to see if data is still mountable.

This also did not worked
Also after flashing this I am unable to add google a/c, it says "there was a problem communicating google servers, pls try again later"

i backed up 'host' file and then deleted it from the etc folder in root directory... Now I'm able to add Google a/c
But still unable to mount internal storage.

Anyways thanks everyone for all your efforts, I appreciate everyone for replying

Did you ensure you did NOT boot to the OS before flashing the patch.
You MUST flash the patch first then immediately FORMAT DATA. Reboot to TWRP, check DATA can be mounted.
If DATA can be mounted encryption had been removed.

my device is already rooted also having TWRP on it.
I flashed your zip file in the link using twrp, then immediately FORMAT DATA (not wipe), then inside TWRP I clicked REBOOT then clicked RECOVERY, it was mounted.
then I REBOOT to SYSTEM, OS was good, then again rebooted to TWRP, it was not mounted

OK, just to be clear, you're not flashing SuperSU after flashing the patcher or anything?

Any chance you could make a backup of your boot partition with twrp and then post it up so I can check it over?

Sorry, this is how it goes... 1st format data..., 2nd flash the patcher in twrp & AGAIN FORMAT DATA...., 3rd flash SuperSU in twrp..., 4th Reboot to OS..., 5th reboot to TWRP..... 6th internal storage not mounted

I already have complete TWRP backup of my system, efs, boot & everything from the 1st time when I flashed TWRP via Odin and flashed Super SU via TWRP, at that time I did NOT flashed any kernal, also NOT your patch,... is it fine if I give the backup of boot of that time.. not the recent one

The issue is you are flashing SuperSU afterwards.
You should flash the patcher AFTER SuperSU otherwise SuperSU overwrites the patched data.

I advise you to do it again, but do not flash SuperSU at all.
Confirm that encryption is disabled by booting to the OS and then rebooting to twrp then try mounting DATA in recovery.

You should find it sticks this time.

Once you have confirmed DATA is still mountable then you can go ahead and root, but you need to flash the boot image patcher again straight after.

The normal steps are:

1. FORMAT DATA
2. FLASH SUPERSU
3. FLASH THE BOOT IMAGE PATCHER
4. REBOOT TO OS
5. CHECK DATA IS STILL MOUNTABLE

It's my fault I should have pointed that out initially. [emoji52]

Last night I did something and everything is now fine... I would like to share @gAracUh.
@ashyx this is what is did

1. Format data then flashed stock MM rom via odin.
2. Did all firmware updates via OTA
3. Flashed TWRP from this thread
4. Rebooted to TWRP but internal storage was not mounted, SO I DID FORMAT DATA and then with internal storage mounted I FLASHED THE PATCH FILES modified by @ashyx. AGAIN FORMAT DATA
link for patch file: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24591000424951049

5. Flashed SuperSU without booting OS
6. Rebooted to OS, configured SuperSU app and removed almost all unwanted bloatwares.
7. Rebooted to TWRP and my internal storage was mounted. AND IT IS STILL MOUNTING WHENEVER I CHECK IN TWRP

the best thing that I experienced flashing stock rom is I am getting VoLTE sign with Jio SIM CARD
so theres NO need of that creepy app called JioJoin or Jio4GVoice, the Jio4Gvoice app is disgusting bcz data should be on to make calls, app should be online, SIM2 call button gets freezed in stock dialer, SIM CARD MANAGER gets freezed. All this continues till data is on and app is online. After getting VoLTE sign thers no need of that app, no need to on the data to make calls.

THANKS EVERYONE FOR SHOWING THEIR CONCERN, @ashyx you don't need to be sorry :)

    Team Win Recovery Project 3.0.2-0

    This is for the Exynos SM-J710F, SM-J710FN, SM-J710GN, SM-J710MN, SM-J710K models only!

WARNING: Flashing a custom recovery to your device will trip the Knox warranty bit on your phone. Check with your mobile provider to see if they will still cover warranty on Knox bit triggered devices. If you understand this risk, continue on.

    WHAT IS TWRP?

Oh come on, you know what it is - don't try to fool me!
    In case you're serious, though...

Team Win Recovery Project is a custom recovery for Android devices.
It allows you to back up and restore your data, flash custom ROMs to your device, repair broken file systems, and root your device.

    DOWNLOAD

You can find the device page here:
    http://teamw.in/devices/samsunggalaxyj72016exynos.html

There is a download link there, as well as instructions on how to flash it.

I highly recommend using Odin to flash when possible.
You can find a zip containing Odin as well as a link to Samsung's Mobile drivers page here:
    https://idlekernel.com/flash-tools/

    FULL STEPS FOR OBTAINING ROOT

    1. In your ROM, go to Settings -> About device. Tap 7 times on Build number to enable Developer options.
      Transparent.gif
    2. Now go to Settings -> Developer options. (above About device)
You need to enable OEM unlock, otherwise you might end up with boot problems or be unable to flash later on.
      Transparent.gif
    3. Make sure your don't have Factory Reset Protection enabled in your Google account or you may never be able to boot again!
      More information: https://support.google.com/nexus/answer/6172890?hl=en
      Transparent.gif
    4. Extract Odin_3.10.7.zip to your computer.
      Transparent.gif
    5. Install Samsung Mobile Phone Drivers for Odin to find your device.
      Transparent.gif
    6. Download a .tar image of TWRP for j7xelte.
      Transparent.gif
    7. Reboot your device into Download mode. To do this, select reboot from the power menu and hold the [Volume Down] + [Home] buttons while your device reboots.
Once you reach the Download mode warning screen, press [Volume Up] to continue.
      Transparent.gif
    8. Open Odin and place that TWRP tar file in the [AP] slot, under Options tab disable Auto Reboot, then press [Start].
      Transparent.gif
    9. Once the flash is complete (Odin should tell you in the log, and progress bar on phone should stop), you can pull the battery then place the battery back in. Now hold [Volume Up] + [Home] + [Power] buttons until you reach recovery mode.
If you end up in stock recovery, start again from download mode step.
      Transparent.gif
    10. At this point, you will reach the screen asking you if you want to allow system modifications.
You will want to swipe to allow, otherwise the OS will replace TWRP once you boot!
      Transparent.gif
    11. If you want to be rooted with SuperSU:
Download the latest SuperSU by Chainfire.
Without exiting TWRP, transfer the SuperSU zip to your device over MTP* and flash it using [Install] in TWRP.
      Transparent.gif
    12. Go to [Reboot] -> [System].
    * MTP, known as Media Transfer Protocol, is the same way you transfer files from your PC to your device when booted into system.

I think this TWRP official won't get updated.
I should share the TWRP 3.3.1-0 here because the official TWRP doesn't work with latest stock oreo firmware.

    TWRP 3.0.3-1
New feature available in TWRP v3.0.3-1 is system image backup and restore and factory image flashing
Basically this means factory images from the official firmware can now be flashed with TWRP instead of ODIN. I have extended this feature to include BOOT, RECOVERY, SYSTEM, CACHE, HIDDEN and RADIO(MODEM) partitions.
This feature can be found under INSTALL >> INSTALL IMAGE >> select image to flash >> select partition.
NOTE: To flash the modem, first it needs to be renamed to modem.bin.img
