please I need urgent help.....I wanted to format my internal sd card via safestrap recovery, I clicked the "format data" option and now my note 3 cant boot....it only boots into safestrap, saying unable to mount data...unable to mount ss...unable to mount storage..... I need help on how to resolve the issue pls

Do you have a backup of your rom on your external sd (if applicable)?

You're probably going to have to do an Odin restore. You can't wipe data in SS without installing a ROM afterwards. Were you looking to format the WHOLE internal memory or just the partition that holds pictures, downloads, etc.?

I was looking to format the whole internal memory.... But I've resolved the issue now...I reflashed one KitKat ROM via Odin and that solved the issue....

. No more going back to JB after this BTW. Just to warn you. If you Odin the first 4 files, it'll delete everything and start you fresh then after that just root with towelroot and you know the rest. If you Odin the one that has "home" in it, it won't delete your data.

I installed the safestrap 3.75 apk from the first page. everything goes well, even get the message install completed but safestrap is not active? i tried rebooting manually & i dont see the safestrap splash screen. ANy help would be greatly appreciated.

just wanted to say thank u man! worked like a charm. had to do a factory reset in stock recovery, but im good now. also everything was wiped from internal. but oh well at least im up and running. thanks my dude.

No problem, bro. Sorry didn't check the forum when you were asking for help. Also, I told you in my post that you could flash the one that has "home " in it if you didn't want to lose your things. Glad you got it working, though.

Currently yes this is the only recovery available and yes it still is a viable thing to use.

Battery drain

I am having Terrible battery drain issues. Battery is DEAD within 3 hours with most everything shut off and low screen brightness.

I saw a few posts about backing up the stock ROM slot, and then installing a custom ROM over that. Will this fix it?

hi guysive had an incident where i cannot install on stock rom, i was able to do a recovery rom-slot-1 but didnt provide enough space on it. what would be my best solution to get my stock rom back when i try a restore it says e:unable to mount /system. thanks any help would be appricitive..

Got it taken care of. Used Odin and flashed stock rom back. Oh joy I forgot how much bloat it had. Thanks ya'll
