Safestrap doesn't work?
I have a Galaxy Note 3 n900a AT&T and its rooted, busboy installed, Knox disabled and superuser. I followed every step to install safestrap but it doesn't boot into recovery at all. It boots to the Samsung Galaxy note 3 screen twice and then that's it. I've even tried wiping and factory reset and starting over. That didn't work either. Any idea where to go from here? ?

you need to odin back to 4.4.2 then use the towleroot app

I have ATT GS4 i337 running android 4.4.2 on NB1 bootloader ( Rooted ) using towelroot.
I installed Safestrap and installed Recovery, restarted my mobile, saw safe strap splash screen and was able to get into safe strap recovery.
Inside safe strap I created a new ROM Slot-1, Now I read on many forums that we should always wipe after creating new ROM Slot, so after creating ROM Slot when I try to wipe it, the screen goes black for like 2 seconds than come back again and goes black again until I press the Power button and swap to unlock it. this happens all the time Im not able to wipe ROM slot 1

I also tried to restart the device but no effect.

im having trouble getting safestrap to load on my phone. I used odin to revert back to nc2, rooted the phone with towelroot, installed SSU and busybox Pro then installed SS 3.75 B03 and installed the recovery but when i hit Reboot to Recovery the phone just reboots like normal. nothing special happens, no new screens not even the padlock icon below the "Samsung Galaxy Note 3" I have read most of the posts on this thread for about an hour or so now and have tried everything with no luck. can anyone help me get a new rom on this phone, i hate all the stupid bloatware ATT adds. Thank you for any help.

Hi to everyone! Did someone have this problem: I was on 4.4.2 (flash N900AUCUCNC2_Full_Odin_Tar), rooted, installed SafeStrap, NC2 kernel and when I install any rom I get an error: "error executing updater binary in zip some symlinks failed (status 7) installation aborted". I've 20 GB free on Internal SD and on external. What the problem is? I've used latest SS.

After making a Safestrap full backup (system/data) i installed new version of Imperium Rom, only to realize that i didn't backup all my apps via Titanium to restore them back. So I tried to restore my rom backup to create a titanium backup, but every time i'm trying to boot it it's forceslosing EVERYTHING, and just shows me a black screen. When I hold power button, the power menu pops up, but that's about it. Please help.

Yep locked bootloader means no new kernels. We need this for cm based roms such as Resurrection remix

After a successful root and back up using SS and creating a new rom slot to install a new Rom.
Im having troubles getting back into SS from the newly installed Rom. The Rom I've installed into Rom slot 1 is called "ATTNote4Evolution 3.0 along the "APBLCP files needed for the Rom to boot.
Installation was completed without a hitch and I've been using it for the last day or so,
the thing is now i cant figure out is how to get back into SS from within this Rom. I would've thought that powering down the phone and powering up again would bring SS recovery splashscreen up giving me the Options to go into recovery or continue.
But all i get is the Galaxy Note 3 splashscreen with the unlocked padlock showing and instead of SS coming up it continues to boot into the Rom. is there something im missing? these are the details of the Rom

You'll probably find that it's the safestrap file you've used as I ran into the same problem putting me into a boot loop. So before I tried for the 3rd time I came back on here to find out why and sure enough what I suspected was right. The Safestrap file you need is" Safestrap-HLTEATT-NC2-3.75-B03.apk" which can be found on here. That's if you flashed the KK 4.2.2. NC2 rom
Is KK 4.2.2 the latest version for our Note 3? I was hoping to try a newer ROM but I guess Safestrap ROMS are limited?
