Team Win Recovery Project 3.x, or twrp3 for short, is a custom recovery built with ease of use and customization in mind. Its a fully touch driven user interface no more volume rocker or power buttons to mash. The GUI is also fully XML driven and completely theme-able. You can change just about every aspect of the look and feel.

i flashed it over my old TWRP 3.0.2.0, but when i reboot in recovery mode it ask me a password and i can't enter anything, like if the touchscreen and buttons are disabled
Any solution ?

Same here, no touch screen responsiveness... I wonder if it's related to the encryption when i flashed your LineageOS build and if that provokes that issue in both Rom AND TWRP.

Yeah, fastboot into your phone and flash the older recovery.
