Only use this, for now at least. I have no idea how to compile kernels and once I do I will make a flashable version. Seems silly to have to odin every time. Updated my thread to link here as to use a newer CWM.

You could say that....... it is generally more supported. This is basically a newer version of the previous Red CWM 2.5.x,right?
I actually have no clue on that one. You can always try and find out.So just so I understand correctly, backups made with CWM 2.5.x are or are not compatible with CWM 3??
Alrighty then. I will and report back.I actually have no clue on that one. You can always try and find out.

Same problem here...I ODINed the this red CWM, booted, did its conversion. Now I'm trying to boot into recovery and stays stuck on the Samsung logo.![]()
What I did was ODIN the red CWM 2.5.x and then flash the new red CWM 3.x via the zip in this thread.Same problem here...
Isn't this version supposed to be flashed with Odin? Now I'm afraid to flash it.What I did was ODIN the red CWM 2.5.x and then flash the new red CWM 3.x via the zip in this thread.
I wouldn't flash it. There is something up here...Isn't this version supposed to be flashed with Odin? Now I'm afraid to flash it.
Does it really? If so then I made a stupid.I wouldn't flash it. There is something up here...
I can't find the Odin files for cwm 2.5.x because GizmoDroid's post has been edited to say they are coming soon.
Edit: When this is flashing Odin doesn't say it is flashing recovery, all it says is zImage.
Edit2: Flashed cwm 2.5.1.x from this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=942021 which actually flashes cwm. I'm sure you can then flash the zip from this thread.
