I'm building TWRP for Xperia T2 Ultra and am experiencing the exactly same touch screen problem. Although enabling the TW_IGNORE_MAJOR_AXIS_0 in the BoardConfig didn't work for me, it might just fix the problem for you I guess

No input events are being sent by the driver until after the screen turns off. I'm just going to remove the suspend sequences from the touch driver when the source is out.

No this is not official twrp (I should say that in the title).

I can build cwm in an hour or so if you want me to.

No probs man, but can you please elaborate the differences between official TWRP and ports of it??? Do the ported versions miss any features???

In Simple Words ...
TWRP is Better then CWM in many ways .....
its having File manager ..Full touch support and its faster then CWM...

Basically both does the same work but i like TWRP more than CWM ...

TWRP performs backup and restore faster then CWM ...

So it doesn't work with xt1025. Because backing up works here.
Can you describe your issue please. What doesn't work about it.

AFAIK, CM11 supports dual sim... As for your question, CM 11 needs unified build for XT1021, XT1022 and XT1025 for the ROM to work across all devices without any error...
Just as there is a unified CM build for Moto G(falcon) which works on both single sim and dual sim devices....
