The 3.3.0 version cant use commant Boot twrp.img in bootloader after flash finished. It will stuck on twrp logo if I use (Power-Vol+). If i reboot system and use (Power+Vol+), I cant enter Recovery.

The 3.2.3 unofficial working normaly. Just 3.3.0

I have installed the latest miui eu using twrp (TWRP 3.3.0, cleared userdata to install it). It seemed to work ok (wiped data and flashed zip). But after the first boot on miui EU whenever i Try to reboot into TWRP (volume up) it stays stuck in the teamwin screen and never boots into recovery. Anyone has passed this? I haven't installed the additional thermal zip, could that be it?

I think you should do fastboot erase userdata and then in the twrp recovery you have to format

It is rather because of internal TWRP problem. ABoot is starting recovery or system or fastboot mode. ABoot remains the same no matter which recovery is installed or booted. You can check if recovery has started up by adb shell access to the phone after TWRP logo appeared. In fact, in this case recovery (TWRP) is already running, even userdata is mounted.
I think the problem is in decryption system of TWRP. It cannot initialize data decryption, it gets stuck with logo on.
