1. Boot into recovery

fastboot flash boot twrp.img

2. Flash rom.zip/boot.img and PBRP.zip
3. Reboot to Recovery
NOTE: Always bootloader should be Unlocked

There is two way to install it:
- Flash ofrp.zip using twrp
Or
- Extract recovery.img from ofrp.zip
- Flash it using fastboot (fastboot flash boot recovery.img)
- Open recovery
- Flash ofrp.zip

Note: You need to flash orangefox zip after flashing rom

The link you commented is redirecting to Mi Community Downloads site but it doesnt mean that the ROM is MIUI. As you see, it says Android One - so definitely the ROM is stock Android.
Xiaomi never released MIUI for its AndroidOne phones.
