somewhere over the rainbow....
Main thread + features + install instructions + dev support
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2201860

PhilZ Touch is a CWM Advanced Edition that adds all the features you could ever miss in CWM
It is a well proven recovery for many phones

It also adds a full touch interface a completely configurable GUI

All credits to Philz as the developer, i am just the porter lol
So thanks http://forum.xda-developers.com/member.php?u=4666971

Whats new/changed than last 6.19.3 build? ;-

- CWM 6.0.4.8
- libtouch_gui 1.16:
- merge support for native dual boot devices
- broken root: help victims of bad custom ROMs:
*This adds extra code to detect if two su instances are installed in /system/bin and /system/xbin
*It will kill both and properly apply SuperSU
- sort files using case insensitive order
- remove old no more needed md5 check code
- set these default gesture actions:
* swipe left = screen off
* swipe right = increase brightness
* press 1 sec and lift = show log
* press 2 sec and small move = screen shot
- fb2png: better error logging
- other fixes and tweaks

Glitches:-
navigation bar keys are big & dodgy so i suggest to keep them off...the hardware keys work just fine anyways..apart from that let me know if you find any other bug :)

bugger that was an updater script error lol sorry about that..forgot to convert it to unix...its fixed now, thanks for informing :)
Bugs when running, only 2 buttons show up on the nav bar. And they don't do anything. All they do is scroll down. Doesn't go home or go back. Everything so far runs perfect. Will look more into it later..

yeah i keep them buttons off anyways lol...i cant fix that unless i reverse engineer and edit the binaries ...that wont be nice as philz has his messages turned off n i would need his permission for that n he is a busy guy do i dont bother him with lil hiccups like that lol...but apart from that i havnt met any glitches :)

How can i port it to some MT6582 device? I'm a newbie... I really, really, really want to know...
This is a qualcomm device
Ask in an MTK forum or your device forum
qualcomm and mtk don't port nicely
and porting recovery is not for newbies unfortunetely
you need to build android, then learn how to get recovery working from source
