    The second link says "Requires Android 11 firmware of your device variant before flashing the ROM", but I have A12 (MIUI 13). Does it mean the linked AOSP recovery file and the MIUI recovery file are wrong for me? Does anyone know how to get the A12 equivalents?
    I ended up with bootloop, so I reinstalled the latest firmware (currently not rooted yet). I could install MIUI 12 and try again.
    I am also aware of another guide (below) someone attached earlier in this thread, but the recovery files are for nabu... (non-pro)?

    hi, i managed to get several roms working on enuma but no cellular just wifi which worked. so i went back to the miui rom for now. I think a lot of people laughed at my previous post....

    you must can download Lynnrin's files and thank him by the way

    Install Custom ROM on Mi Pad 5 Pro (elish)

    1. Unlock bootloader

    2. Reboot to fastboot

    3. Flash MIUI Recovery by this command fastboot flash boot miui_recovery.img

    4. Format data on MIUI Recovery 5. Hold power button + volume down, when screen off, release power button, release all

    button when it get in bootloader. 6. Flash AOSP recovery by this command fastboot flash boot aosp_recovery.img

    7. Reboot to recovery by this command fastboot reboot recovery

    8. Enter to sideload mode by this command adb reboot sideload-auto-reboot

    9. Sideload zip by this command adb sideload ***.zip

    10. Once that custom ROM installed on your Pad.

    @UmiCat You're welcome. This is my current system as shown on the SS below.

    This GSI ROM is A12L and quite pure Android with least modified. Its name is Nitrogen OS then used MagiskGapps module here for Google Play apps. You can alternatively try LiteGapps module here. There are a number of A12 GSI ROMs that could boot up on my A11 firmware like Arrow, Lineage and etc. FYI there is no A13 GSI ROMs that could boot up on my A11 firmware. There is no Play Protect for this MagiskGapps method. So some games or apps that require this may not be workable.

    Agreed that MIUI is horrible. Xiaomi MIUI team makes the system over Android system which is extremely laggy. I use MIUI Stock ROMs just for ugrading firmware then flash my favorite GSI ROMs. But the drawback for GSI ROMs is lack of support for Xiaomi keyboard and stylus. Though I don't have nothing those perpherals. :LOL:

    If you look for the custom ROM that supports Xiaomi keyboard and stylus, you can use this ROM for elish until the custom ROM for enuma will be stable. But that A12 Arrow ROM for elish does not have 5G and flashlight functions. :cry:
