I doubt it, I think TWRP splits the backup files automatically.

Root and Xposed should work fine. I Rooted no problem with the latest supersu Beta.

Xposed works fine with the latest version, you just have to add

ro.config.hwtheme=0
ro.config.hw_theme=0

To system/build.prop

Then reboot

Disabled compression before taking a backup and it went through successfully

Backup fails at creating a backup of the data partition with error 255 when creating it on the SD card. On the internal storage it doesn't even begin. Do I have to manually mount anything or am I missing some other setting?
I've attached pics of the log and error messages.

Compression is disabled.

Still error even on internal memory!!

No errors for me. Made a backup on internal memory and on SD card too . But have an error 255 too , just rebooted in recovery again and worked . For every reboot just one backup. Good work, thanks. Now just a couple custom ROMs and I'm happy.

error 255 is also in rc3 present. just tried to backup on external sd with compression and got the error.
on internal without compression it sometimes worked on rc1 but also not always.

In the OP, it's just named slightly incorrectly as rc13!

thanks, I was able to backup on internal storage and flash new world custom rom posted here.

I think the problem is the compression. Without compression no problems on internal storage and externe sd.
