It seemed the twrp bootscreen had hiccups, and so did reboot system.

I just tested it and noticed that too. I'll try again tomorrow. I think I messed something up in the kernel defconfig

New build is up, the flickering screen is fixed, touch functionality should work properly and internal storage is properly shown again.

I was able to go from 10j, to 10x and make nadroid back up of stock.

Make sure you have oem unlock enabled before taking official 10x. ..

Have you noticed that the newer the stock version you use, the least battery life you get? Its not your battery going bad either. #themoreyouknow

I just know I've built using various kernel versions, I haven't tested 10y/10z but I have tested 10w/x and it was a noticeable drop in battery life by 1-2 hours of SoT (coming from 10u that I base my builds on and that I last ran on stock)

I've wiped everything several times, edited "updater-script", updated TWRP, and everything else I've come up with. I'm losing my mind here, and some help would be greatly appreciated.

download my latest twrp build, its in the OP (use a web browser not the Google drive app). Install in through TWRP using the " install image" feature as recovery image. If it doesn't work after that, send a screenshot

Why are you installing gapps before the rom? Also if you didn't wipe internal storage, cache, data, dalvik, and system, you'll have issues.

UPDATE: Ok, i wiped everything again and RR64 loaded. However, GApps64 still won't install.

Correction flash rr first then flash arm64 gapps.

I flashed nano gapps arm7 on stock rom. And on rr & lineage I flash stock arm64 gapps.

Okay, I've gotten it working. I think my problem was that i was using the direct TWRP download from this OP, instead of the one in the LV517 folder. Fully working now, thanks a ton!

10x is the newest on mp260 on lg bridge.. if you point me the right kdz.. I can test them.

You'll have to be on unrooted stock 10x for some days until they push the OTA update to you.
I only see it at opensource.lge.com where I download my kernel sources from.

I should be able to pull the ota with rooted 10x.. with ota snatcher. I'll try to Android to make nadroid backup 11a when ota notifies me.
