It cantains all partitions except nvram and data
Hi Dreambo.
Thanks for Your rom backup. :fingers-crossed:I restored it in two steps.
1. I restored all without backup partition, because I hoped that TWRP would work as my dayly recovery. But it didn't. Android still does not boot.
2. I restored stock recovery from Your backup. Now my Maze Alpha X works again perfectly.
In future I'll use TWRP only from fastboot. There it works withaut problem. Perhaps we'll get a version that runs from recovery partition. But there's no need for stress.:good:

Happy for you :)
I am sure that I have test it correctly with the phone of my friend directly flashed in the recovery partition, and I use it to do the backup I provided.

I don`t find the preloader in your image.

I need 3 files, when I make it with SP-Flash. The Scatter File, the twrp image and the preloader. Look into the Scatter.txt

- partition_index: SYS0
partition_name: preloader
file_name: preloader_hct6757_66_n.bin
is_download: true
type: SV5_BL_BIN
linear_start_addr: 0x0
physical_start_addr: 0x0
partition_size: 0x40000
region: EMMC_BOOT1_BOOT2
storage: HW_STORAGE_EMMC
boundary_check: true
is_reserved: false
operation_type: BOOTLOADERS
is_upgradable: true
empty_boot_needed: false
reserve: 0x00

I have only the backup I have provided, the Maze Alpha X is not mine, it's a friend's property.
If I see again my friend, I will extract the preloader for you (I do not know how until now), and I will do more test in the TWRP.

Try this one.

I have extract it from my friend Maze Alpha X 6/64, using SPFlashTool.
In a first time, check only the recovery, but load the given preloader in the preloader line without checking it.

The scatter itself it is from my Maze Alpha 4/64 (not X!) but it must works.

It doesn`t work, SPFlash say "PMT has changed for the ROM, try Format all + Download"

I have to wait for the original Rom for my 6/128

Thank you very much

Yes, we have to harass MAZE to give us original roms for their products, that's the lesser of it !!

Perfect

Worked perfectly for me with method 1.

Orange state - this shows up, when the smartphone reboots saying that the device cannot be trusted because of the unlock - could be reversed by changing the bootloader lock back?

TIA

PS: I have root with Magisk, but not everything is working right now. Seems to be that F2FS on the data partition is to blame. So another question: Is it safe to change the data partition to ext4?

BEWARE DO NOT DO THAT!

If you lock you phone after unlocking it, it will erase the entire phone and you cannot use it until you have the original flashable ROM for SPFlashTool!

And bad news : MAZE did not provide us any ROM for this phone, a big shame!

Thanks for your advice! What about my second question? Is it safe to format data partition as ext4?

TIA

Yes you can format you data partition as ext4.

I have do that the first time I install TWRP in my MAZE ALPHA 4/64 (not X!) because of encryption of original data partition, and now I have an unencrypted data partition in ext4 format so I can backup/restore it as I want using TWRP.

Am looking for a way to root maze alpha x 6/64 variant, and u point me to a maze alpha 4/64 thread. I was merely asking for confirmation. Thanks
The procedure works also for maze alpha X, except that you have to use this TWRP instead of the one mentioned in the tutorial.

I have not test it on Maze Alpha X (I do not have this phone), but I am sure at 99% that it will works, because we have the essential ingredients : the TWRP and Magisk
