Download these Files
1. using xperiafirm in flashtool or from any other source in web download the latest ftf file of your model number of z3
2. download RecRoot http://xdaforums.com/z3/g...-0-mm-t3337357
3. Get dummy flashable file http://xdaforums.com/z3/g...9#post66569699
4. download PRFCreator http://xdaforums.com/cros...e-pre-t2859904
5. download recovey
6. download latest xposed framework and xposed installer apk

CREATING PREROOTABLE ZIP FILE
1 Open PRFCreator

3. select dummy su flashable file
4. select RECROOT file as recovery
5. Tick on Kernel, FOTAKernel, Modem, LTALable, Sign Zip
6. Click "Create" to create the pre-rooted Marshmallow firmware
7. Copy the file into your phone storage for flashing later

INSTALLING RECOVERY IN Z3
1. First of all back up all your data
2. Copy flashable-prerooted.zip file you created
3. flash the recovey image using adb fastboot
4.This will result in boot loop but don't worry it has working recovery mode
5.enter recovery mode by pressing volume down after powering on the device.
6. wipe>advanced wipe> wipe boot,system,dalvik cache(Data wipe is not needed)
7.install the flashable-prerooted.zip file you copied to sdcard.
8.reboot to system
9.check root and get back to recovery
10.install xposed-v85-sdk23-arm.zip
12.reboot and now be paitent.
12. after starting install xposed apk
Now you will have a working twrp recovery , root and xposed for your device
If in case you stuck in boot loop then you can directly flash the phone in flashmode using ftf file in flashtool.

I meant to say that if there is a way for locked bootloader on marshmallow

This is very good guide. Only way to obtain root and recovery on locked bootloader is downgrading to kitkat getting root and recovery. Then flash pre-rooted marshmallow firmware and you're good to go:)

i cant flash the recovery, if i flash it as boot i get the message FAILED (remote: image is not a boot image) so i looked it up and flashed it as FOTAKernel, i was able to flash it but i didnt get bootlooped and i couldnt enter recovery
