You probably did something wrong guys. I can't reproduce your issue.
Flash twrp + magsik + Universal DM-Verity, ForceEncrypt, Disk Quota Disabler
In case of fresh install wiping your data, format data through recovery before first boot.

No. Only TWRP 3.2.3-0 from geiti94 works.
I have flashed roms from Dr. Ketan, Alexndr and Ridwan.sn using TWRP 3.3.1 v3.6 (Pie Version), and good to go.

In fact, at the moment I have just flashed DevBase 7.1 DTA5 with Zeus Kernel, using 3.3.1 v3.6. No loop, no error and all good.

Hello @ghembuls

To install Android 10, you indicate that you have used "TWRP 3.3.1 v3.6" and that everything works, is it "twrp-3.3.1-r3.7-q- crownlte "or do you have a link for your TWRP 3.3.1 v3.6?

In TWRP, did you back up all partitions, then reboot Recovery, then restore partitions?

Is it working ?
thank you for your answers
cordially

TWRP 3.3.1-r3.6 for Pie, its on 1st page.

I didnt backup partition, when I did flashing, my primary concern was only EFS, cause it contain the crucial setting for phone. While other partitions I usually clean everything, I always did fresh flash than dirty.

If you were in Q but decide to go back to P, and you have P backup file, it is possible to restore provided you have cleaned previous Q.

I have no idea if P backup file will work on Q partition, since Q is using SAR, it has different structure compare to P.
