Recovery (smartflash)

I had HTC Sensation (s-off) with 4ext recovery which has smartflash option for s-on users, with that you can directly flash kernel on your phone without pc, fastboot etc. So is smartflash posible for HOX ? Happy new year.

Nope, only dev work that comes close is the kernel-lighter from thunder

Is that due to hardware or ?

Yes because you need s-off to flash kernels directly via the recovery.
