My phone must be high or something then, I have been pressing the VOL DOWN button always to enter into recovery. Tried it now again, and VOL DOWN works. Maybe darkjedi should give that a try too?

Hmm, CWM does VOL UP. But I guess I can flash it and try. I like TWRP much better than CWM.

I just tried and volume down also works to get into cwm recovery, I guess I'm the one that's high :laugh:

Does the current version of TWRP allow naming backups?

Ah ha. Using the XZRecovery app, I was able to get it booted to TWRP.

Do you have a mirror of the app I could have. Or do you know which version of xrecovery for which phone works with the ZL?

Are you able to "fasboot reboot recovery" tthrough adb to get to recovery?

It's for the Z, but "Boot to recovery" works just fine.

No luck for me. Couldn't get twrp to boot with, or without the app..... Hopefully we'll have a official release soon

Hey would you mind pointing me in the right direction on the fix for recovery? I can get it compiled and booted.

Edit: never mind I fixed the reboot to recovery issue.

You need to fix on the code side, not after flashing. I made a build of PAC rom with twrp instead of cwm. I'll post if in that thread.

Finally my power and volume buttons can stop being spammed
