Just my 2 cents but there should have been no reason to upgrade your hboot. 1.12 is the one everybody else wants. With this one you could flash everything you needed without going s-off. I did for a long time before running lazy panda. I think you might have been mislead.Problem was when I started all of this, I had no ROM.
When I used the latest software version, 3.15.651.16, and installed Goo Manager, every time I tried to flash TWRP 2.3.3.0, it would fail. After doing some digging, I figured out I was running an old version of HBOOT and I knew I needed to update it if I was going back to 2.13.651.1 so that's the story.
Everything else aside, how/why did you have no ROM? I'm confused.Problem was when I started all of this, I had no ROM.

^^ believe he was suffering from EMFFS*, and meant SDK (ADB)...If you still have a ROM installed install goomanager. If not, use SXK to fastboot flash recovery update.BC

The PJ75IMG.zip has to go on the external SDCard. When you put it on internal, move it to external after its finished being moved onto internal.Every time I try to flash TWRP 2.3.3.0 using Fastboot, I get this.
sending 'recovery' (7536 KB)...
OKAY [ 1.170s]
writing 'recovery'...
FAILED (remote: partition is not allowed to be flushed!)
finished. total time: 1.201s
I downloaded the PJ75IMG.zip and using the existing TWRP 2.2.2.0, went into Mount, Mount USB Storage, copy it over, then reboot the phone, and it doesn't see the PJ75IMG.zip. Hell, the only reason I'm trying to do this is I was told that I couldn't flash Stock 2.13.651.1 onto the phone unless I have 2.3.3.0 installed. I'm about to destroy my phone! Why did HTC and Sprint have the screw up Jelly Bean!?!
Just go to their website, download the recovery.img, search for flash image GUI app by Joey Krim and install. Open flash image app, choose recovery and hit browse. Once you find .img and select it, it flashes. Or you could use fast boot... Much easier i.m.o... :beer:Is Goo still working? I am having errors on every attempt today. Any clues or info to help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
