I can use a little help I was on twrp 2.4.1.0. I downloaded the bootable 2.6.3.0 but I can't get it to do a backup. So i downloaded the fastboot version and installed that one but I still can't backup my rom. Any ideas?

What happens when you try to make a backup?

If I want to update TWRP w/o Goo how do I do that? Just D/L a zip and flash?

Download the IMG file from TWRP site. Place it in the folder where you have adb and fastboot installed, boot into fastboot, open CMD prompt while in that folder. I'm CMD type fastboot flash recovery 'name-of-recovery' (in the place where I wrote quotations type exactly the name of the recovery file you have).
There are youtube videos how. Especially by qbking77.

Or, in this thread you can find PJ75IMG zip files. Those you just put on the root of your ext SD card (not in a folder), and reboot into bootloader and use volume rocker to select to update (or rocker to choose update and power to select, I forget)

If you find a PJ75 and it's not the latest recovery, you can swap out the actual recovery IMG in the zip with the version you DL from TWRP site, presumably latest.

(Looks like fin thought you were asking how using goomanager. He IS really sharp, though :p:sly:

Edit:
Here's a thread where captain has posted bootloader flashable PJ75IMGs . just put on external SD and boot into bootloader one page back

I recently updated TWRP to 2.6.3.0, and it is no longer compatible with superwipe for some reason. I have always used superwipe without a problem, but with the latest version of TWRP it never installs, it just keeps trying to. I have to hold the power button and do a battery pull to get it to stop.

Is the superwipe script no longer compatible with the latest TWRP?

Where'd you get your superwipe? Mine appears to be working on this version.
