Did you flash it over Lollipop? Because this TWRP is for Lollipop...

You can download stock 5.1.1 from UPDATO, to download faster. But you can also download from SAMMOBILE, but it's slow download.

Cant install GAPPS AROMA...Gets stuck when flashing and have to remove battery. It happened in 5.1 cm by nick and 6.0 LineageOS ROM

You don't need to remove battery, press Volume Down+Power to force reboot, works anywhere.
This TWRP doesn't support AROMA, use standard gapps (pico, nano, stock etc...)
