You flash this at your own risk. Please ensure you have the stock ROM to hand downloaded from SAMMOBILE in case of problems. This will trip the knox counter.

Instructions:
Put your device in DOWNLOAD mode.
Flash with ODIN 3.10.7 in the AP slot.
Uncheck Auto reboot.
Load the respective file below into the AP slot and hit start.
After flashing immediately reboot to recovery by holding POWER + HOME + VOL DOWN.
As soon as the screen goes blank change to VOL UP whilst still holding the other buttons.
You should now see TWRP recovery.

Qualcomm models SM-T377P/SM-T377R4 / SM-T560NU:

twrp_2.8.7.0_sm-t560nu

Spreadtrum models SM-T560 / SM-T561(Y/M):

Flash the latest Supersu version below with TWRP:
DO NOT LET TWRP ROOT YOUR DEVICE IF IT ASKS. USE ONLY THE FILE BELOW:

NOTE: ON SOME ANDROID 5.1.1 DEVICES IT IS NECESSARY TO GO TO:
Settings -> Developer Options -> OEM unlocking
AND ENABLE OEM UNLOCK FIRST OR YOU MAY ENCOUNTER 'BLOCKED BY FRP LOCK' WHEN FLASHING.

The twrp 3 for sm t560 works on t561 funny but true

Does anyone have another download link that I can use instead of using one for the wifi only version of the Samsung Tab E 9.6 SM-T560 which might lead to my handset being Wifi only !

Now a couple of questions.
I've got SM-T561 on Spreadtrum CPU, sc8830 and Cortex-A7 family. The only version of TWRP which works for me is twrp_2.8.7.0_sm-t561from this thread.
But any try to install Lineage 17 or 18 fails. I've seen suggestions to remove some system identifying strings from updater-script file, but I'm not sure if it will help, if OS is compiled for Qualcomm CPU? I don;t want one more brick at home

Can anybody tell me, what can I do?

I have a sm- T561m , I'm stuck in the "boot loop" I guess. Only appears these options In the upper left corner of the screen, the options "reboot system now" "apply update from ADB" "wipe data/factory reset" "wipe cache partition" "apply update from external storage" and "apply update from cache" appear . I cannot install the twrp. can somebody help me ?
I tried installing different twrp via odin but it didn't work, does anyone know which version would be ideal for my tablet?
sorry for any english mistakes, i'm brazilian.

Hello, good morning.

I am reopening this discussion as I am having a problem on my Samsung SM-T560 Tablet Recently I performed the update of your Android and until yesterday everything was OK.

Today, when trying to turn on, it just gets stuck in the Initial Logo and, even trying the forced Reboot, nothing happens. Now, I was able to enter a screen that asks to Restart or Download IS.

It's been on this screen for hours and nothing happens either.

Any solutions?
