No, atm I'm using Multirom recovery, to manage my 4 roms multiboot
Can you look into why there is no haptic feedback in the multirom recovery.

And is working incremental ? I got issues with miui stable and update...it was installing (after ON ota in recovery) but phone doesnt want to start...still starting to recovery

Pitch Black Recovery is a fork of TWRP with many improvements to make your experience better. It's more flexible & easy to use.
Pitch Black Recovery was started in March 18 2018 with the movement to enhance TWRP with better customizatons, themes and features.

I'm not a developer, i've simple done a porting to MI 8 Dipper of this recovery

I've used this recovery only with xiaomi.eu roms.
And to install a custom recovery, you have to unlock the bootloader...
Do I have to disable some of the features that are enabled by default ?
Unlocked bootloader and flashed this recovery and Xiaomi.eu release 9.1.17 but it's stuck at first boot.

Nevermind - when coming from locked bootloader & global beta one has to FORMAT /data partition, not just wipe.

Anyone else having trouble after restoring a backup?
Launcher doesn't work, just getting an empty desktop.
Task manager and notification bar works.
Settings \ home screen & recent won't open and after trying the settings page just stops working completely.
Happend on both restores of 9.1.17 and 9.1.24 xiaomi.eu weekly with nova launcher installed.
Only way to get my backups to work was re-flashing the ROM after restoring the backup.
Do I need go change some setting in pitch black recovery?
Or is backing up data, system and boot not enough?

The only TWRP version that fully works with current xiaomi.eu ROMS - including twrp backups/restore - seems to be 1208.
DON'T USE THIS RECOVERY FOR BACKUPS IF USING A RECENT MIUI/XIAOMI.EU RELEASE

Sorry i'm not the developer of this recovery, i've just done a simple porting to MI 8 Dipper.
Btw, this is the developer's changelog:

Btw i've not tested this, because my MI 8 dosn't have ARB (i've always been on xiaomi.eu or Custom rom, never on official MIUI).
