Installed it, but crashes completely even before seeing a bootscreen.

Hi, I'm trying to boot OrangeFox recovery with fastboot boot recovery.img but the screen show a op icon and "Fastboot Mode". Is installed the android 12, it's compatible? How can do it?

So Guys. I'm on oxygen android 12 right now. Is this recovery compatible with it?

And also. How will I manage the ota updates?

Didn't try orange fox, but honestly there is no harm in trying fastboot boot recovery.img as it's not flashing anything on the partition

Also the ota doesn't depend on recovery at all, but after an ota you would need to reflash the recovery in case you flashed it in the first place

It has the same behavior just booting the img and flashing it. I think there is some sort of compatibility issue with Android 12. I can't get OF to work on Android 11 and 12. TWRP works on Android 11 but behaves similar to OF (Splash Screen Boot Loop) in Android 12.

I am experiencing the same issues, after booting the recovery it is stuck.
the manual of disabling the verify function are a bit vague.
sadly unable to install root again on my device.

OnePlus Nord
Android 12 new encryption seems to have broken this recovery and the unofficial TWRP recovery for the Nord
Could it be possible to fix this issue?

After doing research in the thread, I saw a new version of the recovery, but this build does not resolve an issue I have, which would need me to have sideloading, if anybody can help me, or even @Dkpost3 , that would be amazing

This build just put my phone in "Qualcomm Crashdump Mode" with "Fatal exception die"
Is there a more recent build?

Thanks for the new version.
Boots with A11/LOS18, but unfortunately fails to decrypt the data partition.

Edit: For whatever reason bluetooth is no more working since testing the recovery (orangefox-unofficial-unofficial-ci-avicii-ziporangefox-zip) with fastboot boot filename.
