it seems like you have Twrp Encrypted before you flash Orangefox ,

You need to flash xiaomi.eu fastboot file again (format data) then flash Orangefox Recovery via fastboot it will fix the encryption issue and enable OTA in settings then flash the update 12.0.4.0

I put sd card with the rom and I tried install the rom! Same....I check OTA and wipe data and cash...OTA_BAk: unable to finish OTA

Apparently it doesn't work on sd card! Done on internal storage!

First time that i did it on sdcard, it stopped at 60%...it seems it doesnt backup sistem partition on sdcard...
On internal it works also system partition
