After flashing miui 9.5 do not restart into your system. But firstly you must restart into TWRP again. Then you should install lazyflasher.

Now you are save to boot to your system. Forst boot take more time. So be patience. If you directly reboot to system after flashing miui rom yes it will bootloop. Install lazyflasher first.

TWRP-3.2.3-0-land.img is Treble or not?
In "Treble" directory, this version isn't tagged "Treble" like "TWRP-3.2.1-0-land(Treble)_r2.img" for example...
