I downloaded his original rom. I re installed it with Odin to test that i can install again the original rom if something goes wrong. It installed fine, so the rom is ok.

Now i did the above again (i have done it successfully for my phone a month ago in the rom i had in this phone then, it was an one month older rom).
So i installing again the original rom but with this more:
1. In odin, select all files (home_csc of course)
2. In userdata put this file (its twrp and vbmeta )
And in the end of installation i have this error in odin, and flashing fail.. (i re flashing original rom without this file in user data installed rom and phone is ok again, flashing is successful but without twrp of course. At least the phone is ok again).
This is the error: only official binaries are allowed

Anyone understand why? Is there any problem with unlocking the bootloader? Thanks!

I think this can help :
So my mistake was i didn't follow step 3 of this if i understand well? I thought i can miss it as i flashed the above version of twrp.. (it is twrp AND vbmeta_disabled which step 3 is doing thats why i missed.. Or something else is my mistake?)
I'll leave it for now but is it this i should do first? Thanks.

Stage 3: Disable Android Verified Boot

1. Reboot to DOWNLOAD mode. If you are already in the download mode, skip to step 2.
2. Download Odin 3.14.4 or newer and make sure Samsung USB drivers are installed.
3. Open Odin and put the vbmeta_disabled.tar into USERDATA slot and click "Start"
4. Your device will reboot but it will not boot into system as vbmeta signature has changed.
5. Your device will reboot into RECOVERY mode automatically and prompt "You have to reset your device to factory settings". Use "Volume Up" or "Volume Down" button to move and "Power/Bixby" button to select. Confirm and reset the device to factory settings.
6. This is the last time the data on the device has to be cleared. Afterwards, if you don't re-lock bootloader or re-enable the Android Verified Boot, you will not lose your data. Be aware, a stock firmware package contains a Android Verified Boot Metadata Image (vbmeta.img) with verifications enabled. You will need to flash the vbmeta_disable image (put into USERDATA slot) along with the stock firmware (use BL, AP, CP, CSC slots) to make sure AVB is not re-enabled and the data is preserved.

With bootloader unlocked and AVB disabled, it is now possible to boot modified images on the device.

I finally managed to root my friends phone.. I think the biggest problem was that in download mode kg status displayed "prenormal". My phone was displaying "checking" when the root method worked. So i did this from this post:
Basically turning phone 1 month older date etc. After this in download mode was displaying "checking". I did step 3, that i wrote before, and then flashing twrp (basically the file posted before which is twrp and vbmeta) . This way it worked.. Very strange, i don't understand why i should turn date 1 month older but this worked for me..

Team Win Recovery Project 3.x, or twrp3 for short, is a custom recovery built with ease of use and customization in mind. Its a fully touch driven user interface no more volume rocker or power buttons to mash. The GUI is also fully XML driven and completely theme-able. You can change just about every aspect of the look and feel.

    Code:
     * Your warranty is now void.
    * I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
    * thermonuclear war, or your getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
    * do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
    * before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
    * you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.

    Supported Models:
    Galaxy S10 Lite G770U, G770W and G770F only.

    US/Canada bootloader unlock thread:
    here

    Download & Guide:
    1. Unlock your bootloader.
    2. Download S10 Lite: r5q.
    3. Reboot to download mode and flash vbmeta_disabled.tar in AP slot and reboot. Device will reboot to stock recovery mode prompting you to wipe data so wipe data and reboot to download mode again.
    4. Put the TWRP tar for your device with Odin in the AP slot and click start.
    5. Reboot to recovery via recovery key combo.
    6. Disable encryption:
    Or:
    - Go to Advanced > Terminal, type: multidisabler.
If vendor complain about free space left on device, will attempt to resize vendor. and it ask to - Run multidisabler again!.
    - Type: multidisabler again. will see - Finished. when done.
    7. Go back to Wipe > Format Data > type yes.
    8. Reboot to recovery.
    9. Flash magisk apk in twrp.
    10. Reboot to system, Enjoy.

    Note:
    To disable encryption manually:
You need to replace fileencryption=ice with encryptable=ice only in userdata line (maybe rest lines) in vendor/etc/fstab.qcom
To avoid stock recovery restoration manually:
    Rename system/recovery-from-boot.p to recovery-from-boot.p.bak

    Support:
Live support is available via #twrp on Freenode with your IRC client or just click this link.
