I also installed Android 12 a few days ago and multidisabler is not working for me anymore when flashing it in TWRP.
But I don't have any problems without SafetyNet pass so far since I don't use any wireless payment. Magisk is enough for my banking app.

I took a look at multi disabler script, and it modify some files in /vendor
So once multi disabler flashed, rom is not "factory" anymore.

Ah wait, are you talking about getting safetynet pass? Then you just need to flash the universal safetynet fix in Magisk.
It doesn't work as the system partition was modified by multi disabler.

The suggested message from YASNAC is : RESTORE_TO_FACTORY_ROM

Flashing back stock ROM would remove multi disabler and I would have no choice to wipe again to encrypt the data.

Yep!
Completely changed /system and /vendor partitions here and everything's still rockin' (see pics)
Running zygisk safetynet module, btw.

I just installed LSposed and your OneUI_4_General_X_v1.0.0..apk after seeing it in your screenshots. After years I finally got the force close action back, thanks! :D

Can't access the twrp link, can anyone help with that? Also would it be working with Galaxy S20 Ultra SM-G988B/DS on latest firmware with the multi-disabler by serajr?

edit: nevermind I did find the twrp+vbmeta tar from the old posts but the only question right now is that I've already rooted by patching the boot image manually and have setup the phone. Is there a way where I can just flash the the twrp tar with odin (in userdata/ap?) and not having to reset the phone while booting into the recovery?

link to the recovery

    Exynos ONLY.
In NO way it is compatible with Snapdragon variants including but not limited to American(U/A/T/P/V), Chinese(0/8/6), Hong Kong(0), Japanese(SC-*), Canadian(W) variants.

    Special Notes:
    1. DON'T FORGET TO ENABLE "OEM UNLOCK" (located in Developers options).
    2. KNOX will be tripped once you flashed custom binaries to your phone.
(Your warranty may be voided. However this may not affect you if your country forces Samsung to provide hardware warranty regardless of software status.)
    3. Samsung Firmware OTA (aka System Updates) will no longer work once you flashed custom binaries.
(You can flash custom ROMs if you want to keep the OS up-to-date.)
    4. All apps that use KNOX like Samsung pay, Secure Folder and maybe more will no more work
