@afaneh92 Hi! Sorry to bother you but does it work on Android 13 SC-G02. Because I flashed SCG02 Android 13 firmware and flashed twrp with vbmetadisabled and multidisabler. It cannot wipe anything it says permission denied and cannot boot. Goes into bootloop.

Yes it working fine, use latest twrp 3.7

My KG Status says "Checking" so I assume the bootloader is properly unlocked.

However when I try to flash vbmeta I get failed.

Using patched Odin 3.14.1 and same usb cable that I used to flash this current rom with Odin. It's a G981U that supposedly got unlocked by a third party. It's running a V1 bootloader and Android 10.

Thank you! No worries. I haven't paid yet. I'm curious. How can I tell that bootloader IS unlocked? On this G981U phone the OEM Unlock option does not exist.

US has no oem unlock toggle, can be unlocked with paid service. You can see in picture if your device allowed to use custom files or not.
And this work on v1 bootloader so dont update.

Download & Guide:
1. Unlock your bootloader.
2. Download S20: x1q, S20+: y2q or S20 Ultra z3q.
3. Reboot to download mode and flash vbmeta_disabled.tar in AP slot and reboot. Device will reboot to stock recovery mode prompting you to wipe data so wipe data and reboot to download mode again.
4. Put the TWRP tar for your device with Odin in the AP slot and click start.
5. Reboot to recovery via recovery key combo.
6. Disable encryption:

- Go to Advanced > Terminal, type: multidisabler.​

If vendor complain about free space left on device, will attempt to resize vendor. and it ask to - Run multidisabler again!.​

- Type: multidisabler again. will see - Finished. when done.​

7. Go back to Wipe > Format Data > type yes.
8. Reboot to recovery.
9. Flash magisk apk in twrp.
10. Reboot to system, Enjoy.

Does magisk still trip the play store (banking apps, games etc not working) ? Does thumbprint still work with knox tripped if magisk installed?

Those are honestly the only reasons I'm hesitant with full on root vs just custom recovery.

Background: The scammer is trying to claim the money and I just want to show the "judge" what it should really look like. I'm afraid they'll say that this isn't a similar device. It's missing the line "KG STATUS: Checking". This scammer installed the oldest firmware ATAW and played around with the clock and software update. He was happy after he saw KG Status: Checking. He considers the bootloader to be unlocked. What an idiot. As I understand, that exploit worked on some older samsungs to display the oem unlock option in dev options, but it does not work on the U.S. S20.

Will show you eng mode custom allowed.
And yes will show the unlock warning at boot. And no hold vol up to unlock the procedure is to flash your unlock token to get bootloader unlocked
