Though installing Magisk still causes a bootloop, I attached the log and will report it to Magisk.
if i try a gsi rom and after i want to come back to stock rom backup, what do you think which partition to backup in TWRP?

i succeded flashing gsi rom, it's working great.
don't flash magisk in twrp or patch boot.img with magisk because booting gsi rom failed, only with the stock boot.img that's working.
edit: i can use supersuser PHH but is there a way to make magisk working on gsi ? i wish to pass safetynet attestation

Is it possible to only flash the latest twrp-3.6.0_11-6 if you already got twrp-3.6.0_11-5 working?
Or do you have to go thru all the steps and Format Data again?

Yes you can update flash the new twrp file directly into your actually twrp no need to wipe.

Download & Guide:
1. Unlock your bootloader.
2. Download S21: o1q.
3. Reboot to download mode
4. Put the TWRP TAR for your device with Odin in the AP slot, vbmeta_disabled_R.tar in USERDATA slot and click start.
5. Reboot to recovery via recovery key combo (Vol up + power + USB connected).
6. Disable encryption:
- Go to Advanced > Terminal, type:multidisabler.If vendor complain about free space left on device, will attempt to resize vendor. and it ask to- Run multidisabler again!.- Type:multidisableragain. will see- Finished.when done.- Go back to Wipe > Format Data > typeyes.- Reboot to recovery.7. Flash magisk apk in twrp.
8. Reboot to system, Enjoy.
