It surely won't work. Because of two main reasons :-
1. The device tree for 1+2 is different and that recovery is for 1+2 . The first thing it will do will be to brick or atleast corrupt recovery partition. A recovery has kernel too and thus basically you are trying 8994 kernel on 8996. If that would have been possible, all 6P, OP2, and other kernel would be here by default
2. Even if by a lot lot big mistake, it boots, you can't backup partitons because ON OP3, partitons are at different blocks, so recovery won't know.. (Don't worry, second point won't ever come, it won't boot)

Flashed Grarak's latest TWRP. Reboot into recovery, make a full wipe and dsta. Copy the ROM zip file. When flash get this error message: Updster process ended with Error 7 Error installing zip '/sdcard/OP3Lite-1.03.zip" What should i do?

Did you check whether the ZIP-file is corrupted ? Happens from time to time while downloading or transferring these files...

TWRP heats extremely up by backup,
It indicates 40° but this ist wrong it is 60° - 70°

I'm not good at chemistry or physics, but i think the metal body takes the temperature from the CPU and that's why you feel 70° on the back, and TWRP showing 40°

When I flash some roms, the twrp is replaced by stock rom, so that aftr flashing, I will flash twrp recovery to get it back.

You can flash a recovery img file inside twrp

If you have stock recovery you can't flash twrp from it that's why you have the fastboot method.
If you flash stock ROM + SuperSu in the same motion you can then flash twrp img with Flashify (for root user) on Play store.
