Worked only one time.

I had no problem with getting this CWM on to my ZL after rooting it, but then I had to flash the stock factory image back on it, and re root, and then I went through the same exact process to get CWM back on to it, but I get different error messages about the ADB.

* Start installation.("ctrl-c" to stop process)
-------------------------------------------------------
Press any key to continue . . .
Connect device
daemon not running. starting it now on port 5037 *
daemon started successfully *
Error: protocol fault (status read)
-------------------------------------------------------
An error has occurred in execute adb. Stop processing.
Press any key to continue . . .

I've tried restarting both the phone and computer, but still the same message, it alternates between that message and one mentioning that there is more than one emulator.

Please tell me how to proceed, thanks.

That is where Im at right now, as indicated. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the adb drivers on the computer, but yeah after the FTF flash, the CWM blue light was gone, that's why Im trying to repeat the same process over right now, but the above error message keeps showing up even if I stop the ADB service process manually. still isn't working.

I've had adb errors in the past, mostly from switch to different phones. Se to HTC.

Do you have android sdk installed?
If you do try and update it.
Also remove old adb drivers if you have many cwm folders.
Just trying to think, I'm at work now. If I think of something else I'll post when I'm home.
Oh yeah check and see what drivers load when you connect your phone, it might be loading the ones from the android sdk folder.
