Red and black nexus 5

So I cracked my black nexus 5 32gb since I refuse to have a case because it makes the phone too bulky. For the longest I have time I have wanted the red nexus so it was time to experiment. The screen replacement cost 130 on eBay took like 10 minutes to replace. Now since I had to wait I actually found a red nexus mint for super cheap and had to make a choice. The red and white nexus is more slippery due to plastic back and I don't know if I could sell the red and black for 400 since its kinda custom. Anyway turned a negative into a positive actully made a nice profit breaking my phone.

Let me know what you think and is there like a cover that sticks to the back like the nexus 4 had.

The lack of quality makes it look better because my back gets dirty and smudges all the time and looks kinda faded. My goal was to do this to sell it but don't think it would sell for over 400. Anyway ordered a red spigen slim case for it just so I don't crack this one

Fully aware that the thread is a month old, but I just ordered a black back cover on eBay for my red Nexus to do the same thing. The red Nexus is just to slippery for my taste.

How much less slippery does the phone feel when handled?
I'm a bit worried that the red frame contributes a large part to that slippery feeling.

Just curious and eagerly waiting for my back cover to arrive ..

I have the black and ordered the red back plate just because I like the red.. going to switch between them I think depending on my mood.. when it is in I will post the result

So, I had the red Nexus 5. When I've cracked the screen, I accedently ordered the screen+frame of the white Nexus 5. In the first week it looked awesome but now I miss the red frame. I think about taking the glass out of the glossy black frame and put it in the red one. I just need a sucker tool and some glue.

I liked this idea and did the same to my black N5. The only difference is the addition of a rinkge slim case. Over all I'm pretty pleased with the effect.
