Question Red Magic 6 with Cn rom

It might be a long shot, but you could try erasing app data of the system update app:
Settings -> App Info -> 3 dots in the upper right -> Show System
Then scroll down to System Update -> Storage -> Clear Cache + Clear User Data

Since I'm not sure if this will work at all, you might wanna try a reboot afterwards, if you still can't access the system updater.

problem is that this is a edited cn rom where someone removed the system service needed to be able to run system updates. its called cn.nubia.systemupdate. i dont have it and most likely the others have the same problem. not sure why they did this. the vendor says it came like this from nubia china and nubia china says its the vendors fault. blah blah. i think i will try to update it with a unbrick tool using adb and miflash. hope i wont brick it

el problema es que esta es una rom cn editada donde alguien eliminó el servicio del sistema necesario para poder ejecutar las actualizaciones del sistema. se llama cn.nubia.systemupdate. Yo no lo tengo y lo más probable es que los demás tengan el mismo problema. No estoy seguro de por qué hicieron esto. el vendedor dice que vino así de nubia china y nubia china dice que es culpa del vendedor. bla, bla. Creo que intentaré actualizarlo con una herramienta unbrick usando adb y miflash. Espero que no lo bloquee

hey just wanna ask if you already tried the mi flash tool? im having a problem with local update ..im currently at the latest rom for NA/Asia ..and i cant downgrade my rom via local update (maybe because its "downgrade" so it wont succeed but im just trying my luck) i want to downgrade my rom because im having a problem uninstalling Gapps even tho im rooted and i see some people losing their IMEI when flashing via mi flash tool ..

edit: ok i tried this method https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/rm6-6pro-unbrick-tool-edl-flash-switch-from-cn-to-eu.4284797/ ..first i was hesitant to do it ..but just now i got a ERROR: UNSUPPORTED_TYPE 0 ..but when i boot up my RM6 it successfully boot with EU rom ..everythings working fine including IMEI ..

hello there! im glad it worked out for you! unfortunately i was travelling and i was in latin america for a few weeks, so i didnt want to give it a try before the journey. 12 hours flight without my new phone would be really depressing, since i mainly bought this gaming phone for travelling! and now that i am back in my home country i am again hesitant. im scared to brick my phone, haha! i will give this link that you sent me a look and think about it again thank you and best wishes!
