How to install CN rom? Just download the file and update via system update and thats it?
Yes, I did this two times, but by the second one, I get a boot loop und must enter the recovery mode to make a factory reset. After that, the phone boots again to v1.24 . Then I repeat the installation from CN 6.10 and it works without boot loop. If you save the update.zip in the root file, you get a massage, that the rom is not the right for your phone, you must save the update.zip in an other folder, for example the download folder . Then it should work

Ok thanks ill try it later... How did you revert back from 1.24 to 1.17... did you install china firmware/rom first then install 1.17?

Download the file and place it in the root path(hope you know what this means because its hard to explain) of the phone. The same place where all the other main folders are. Literally the first thing that opens up when you open the phone storage files on a computer. Then in system update just click local update and it should show up if you put the file in the right place. That's it.

I think the Performance is the same like Android 11. The phone gets hot on Android 11 and also on CN Android 12. I Play pubg at 90fps. On global v 1.17 i get a light throttling After 60 minutes of Gaming . On CN V6.10 (Android 12) i had not played this Long time, beceause my Focus was at the touchscreen reaction. But i think the phone throttles also on CN Android 12, beceause the phone gets very hot during gaming and without a fan it will destroy itself. The Gaming Center looks a Little bit different, but i have not invested enough time. Sorry 🙈 At the moment i‘m back on global v1.17, beceause in my opinion the touchscreen works best on this version.

I use this phone also only for gaming, like a Gameboy. To make calls or write messages, i use a other phone. So I can nothing to tell about the battery life on CN Android 12.
That's unfortunate. Was hoping for a performance improvement. My phone also gets hot so I usually play in front of a stand fan so it doesn't get hot at all when I do that. Don't think I've had throttling issues though. Performance just usually stays the same throughout whether it started off good or bad, it just stays like that while its getting hot. Though I personally don't play Pubg so cant comment on how it is on that game. I also only use this phone for gaming and nothing else. Thanks for the testing though. :)

Tried Apex Legends on full settings and turned every feature on. The game went pretty smooth with no FPS drops at all. But I just played like 2 matches and the phone wasn't hot as well. The charger was connected with powermode set as "Rise" and "Charge Separation" enabled. Had fun btw. Also, there's this new mascot which wasn't there before and looks kinda annoying instead of intriguing. The phone sometimes locks itself just after I've unlocked it with Fingerprint and needs to be unlocked again. Also, I had to manually adjust all Google apps notification settings and some other apps too because they won't share any notifications on lock screen. Disabled all the CN gunk or uninstalled if available. Gamespace has lots of good features and I admire all of them, don't know if they were present in the Global rom. And finally strangely I'm not able to delete or copy files to the Android folder. Which wasn't an issue on any of my previous unrooted phones. 🤔
Thank you for the testing. :). There were some game space features that were only present on CN rom for android 11 last time was on a CN rom. But I expect there to have been more added with the new gamespace on android 12. Did you factory reset after updating or not? And do you use the fps meter that comes with the gamespace?

Looking forward to it. Can you use the fps meter that comes with the gamespace please.
Here are the gameplay (BOTS) the first one is max settings 60 fps and the second one is medium settings 90 fps

Guys, just encountered an issue with fingerprint unlocking on CN A12. As soon as I unlock the phone using my fingerprint it unlocks and locks back again. I have to unlock it again using the fp to make it work. And from today it has been stuck in a unlocking and locking loop and have locked me out. The phone keeps on locking itself and unlocking constantly. I've to plug in the charger to make it work and as soon as I unplug it the phone goes back to the loop. Also, it takes a moments break when I shutdown the phone and boot it again (not restart) and doesn't loop the lock issue until I unlock it. If I turn of FP unlock from settings and rely on PIN or any other source it doesnt go on lock/unlock loop. 😰 Has anyone experienced this?

Is it possible to unluck the phone with the code? If not, the only way to interrupt the loop is a factory reset in my opinion . Try to make a long press on the power button and the volume up button at the same time until the phone vibrates. Release this buttons a view seconds after vibrating . The phone will boot to the factory reset mode.
