No Service after Reboot and Phone Reconfiguring for "New" sim

I have been experiencing a strange problem with my Note 8. I am currently using a MVNO called Red Pocket and using the CDMA Verizon sim card. This is the third sim that I have placed in this device. When using a new sim the device works fine. After a reboot a message pops up saying the phone needs to rebooted to configure for the "new" sim. This message is usually encountered when replacing the sim card I have noticed. After the reboot a blue screen pops up during the boot process with a picture of the sim card in the middle and some white dots that change to blue from left to right that I assume is the phone re-configuring. After the phone boots I have no service at all. I've tried everything I know to do to regain network connectivity including:

1. Resetting network settings
2. Changing Network Operators
3. Adding APN settings
4. Factory Resetting Device.
5. Flashing Verizon SM-N950U1 Firmware
6. Flashing Verizon SM-N950U Firmware
7. Factory Reset

I don't believe it is a problem with the sim because I can take the sim and stick it in an old Verizon Galaxy S5 and have perfect network connectivity. Could someone please help me understand what is going on? Thanks in advance.

It most likely doesn't have the correct bands to work... Has it EVER worked in the Note 8? The band frequencies of whatever company you're trying to use must be listed in the phone if they're not then it's not going to work and I don't think there's any way to add or remove the bands.

Yes, the device is working great right now. If I reboot it then it will stop working and I will need a fresh Sim to get it going again. Tried going back to a previously used sim but did not have any luck with that either.

That's strange as hell.. I never ever seen anyone with that type of problem on here before.. Have you tried the new Android Pie firmware to see if that makes any difference? I wonder if Verizon might have to do anything to it.. You should call and explain it to them and see what they say.

This odd. Never had a prob flashing firmwares to a Sammy. Verizon variant unlocked running newest version out os 9 I DL the unlocked n950u1 firmwares and I've tried it on every Odin out there comsy and patched stock Odin. Every time I get a fail right at the beginning when it sets partitions boom fail. Been a while cause I've been playing with my mi mix 3 but I don't think I'd be that rusty. I def think it's me I noticed the extraction process on the firmware is 2 step so I might be botching it there. And help would be great. TIA.
