This issue was caused by the controller itself, it is hard to fix through software, can't do much on that issue.

Controller can receive Ota update according to redmagic then why not? I replaced the analog stick and checked it's not hardware issue. Also. If the controller is not possible to fix. Then please allow to add other controllers in gamespace natively

Though he is not combative as the messages show, you are continuously showing your aggressive behaviour. He is just A developer from nubia trying to help in any way he is able to. So basically where you could just show a bit of positive support on his efforts, here you are with no actual issues complaining about his employer. He is here to help and does not represent the company so whatever your anger towards nubia.. Just mail them daily. For some reason if through your behaviour, he decides to leave this community. We will lose an easy to approach connection in the company. So I am requesting you to represent any bug or issue you have with your phone and ask for a solution a bit politely and patiently. And hope it would be solved in future. Because your aggression won't help, but can hurt whatever we have here.
PS: THERE IS A DEFINITE LANGUAGE BARRIER SO MEANING OF MESSAGES CAN BE PERCEIVED IN MANY WAY. SO WHATEVER YOU CONSIDER HE LAUGHED AT PROBABLY HE PERCEIVED IT DIFFERENTLY. TRY TO GET LESS OFFENDED NEXT TIME.

yes this charger will also charge the red magic 45 watt. Nubia's charger can charge 11volt 5 amps, which of course is 55 watts, but this charger can only charge 3 amps with 11volt, which is 33 watts. yes the charger can charge 65 (20v 3.25 A) watts but it cannot charge 55 watts it must be 11 volts and 5 amps and it does not. First, I noticed that fast cooling option on Cooling fan settings doesn't work. Rapid fan only works on gaming mode. Second, gaming mode should have fps meter like the other gaming phones since playstore doesn't have an app to tell what fps are running on the game. Technically they have but its too much hassle. Lastly, it should have double tap to lock screen since it has the double tap to wake option. Thanks.

I noticed a high idle drain on this device. I woke up in the morning and having 5% drain.

Mobil Network connection

Hi,

Resently got my mobile, and it works well..beside I do not succed to connect to the mobile network (Network operator "Tre" in Sweden)....means no problem with calls, SMS and MMS..and WiFi also works..

I try to add or change APN..but seems not possibly to key any info in needed fields...
Any ide for solution??

SOLVED: So i have the problem with Mobile DATA aswell, just got this phone and no mobile data is very much a dealbreaker. Tried with a different carrier/simcard aswell and it didnt work either. does ANYONE have working mobile data?, o have seen this posted from two others that have the same problem.

Please help! i suppose this is a software bug, the switch for Mobile data in settings and in the top bar menu doesnt do anything.

Install activity launcher, go to activity launcher>>select settings package>>select default (it will open a setting option) >>select desktop>>select 3rd party launcher you want to use like nova(you have to install it first) >> your 3rd party launcher will be set. >> choose any Compatible icon pack after that

GPS Problem

My red magic 5g finds no gps at all. I have activated all functions like location accuracy, wifi and bluetooth search. On my old cell phone it immediately found the gps on google maps.
