1. Put XXX.Zip Copied To The Root Directory Of Cell Phone (That Is A Direct Copy)
2. Enter Recovery (Twrp Or Cwm) (Turn Off, Turn On & Repeatedly Keep Pressing Vol+)
3. Select [Wipe Data / Factory Reset] → [Yes]
4. Select [Wipe Cache Partition] → [Yes ]
5. Select [Advanced] → [Wipe Dalvik Cache] → [ Yes ] → Back
6. Select [Install Zip From Sdcard] → [Choose Zip From Sdcard] → [XXX.Zip] → [Yes]
7. Wait Flash Finished, Press Back And Select Reboot System Now [], The Phone Going To Automatically Restart With Installed Miui Rom.

Thanks For Mirrors - Unfortunately In Order To Have OTA I Must Upload Roms To Xiaomi Server (China) - Freaking 8h Needed For 350MB Rom To Uplaod With 100MBit/10Mbit Connection

I have some quick questions:

1. Do you plan releasing odex version?
2. Aside from all the visual/added features, does the rom have any noticable performance gains like fluidity of UI and app launching speeds?
3. Can it give bigger antutu scores (not that it matters, but could prove better performance), based on said optimisations?
4. Is it possible to dirthy flash it on official v45 and just wipe cache and dalvik?

Afaik most MTK Device dev's use this method (patchrom) to get MIUI on their device, all the dev needs to have is the Base ROM & the knowledge to use the Patchrom.
Base & patch should be of the same android version i.e if your base ROM is based on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean then only the 4.2 Jelly Bean Patchrom should be used.
The Dev can add additions to the ROM that's why its called patchrom, Patching MIUI over the existing available ROM.
This isn't an easy kind of work!!

Its Build As You Can See In Title Based On Stable Build So Next Builds Will Be Released After New Stable Builds And Rom IS Only For Xiaomi Redmi 1S WCDMA/CDMA Device.

1.No Odex - I Even Removed Swap And Various .bin Stock Files (Some Of Their Instructions Are Included Into Kernel)
2.According To My Testers Rom Working More Fluently Than Stock Because I Changed Various Drivers And Kernel Wakelocks + Many Other Things
3.Flash It & Try Antitu - I Dont Believe In Such Apps Because Poor Optimization For Chinese Devices
4.Flash CWM And Do Full Wipe - Without Full Wipe Rom Performances Will Not Be Same (Testers Tries Already)

Notice :

Im Always Removing Odex Files Mostly Because Internal Memory Space And That On Devices With 1Gb Or More Ram Deodexing Dont Reduce Performance.

I installed the rom but when I try to download any app using my data connection, it does not allow me to dowload and get prompt - waiting for wifi.

All you need to do is:
Open application called 'Downloads'
Then, in upper right corner, click icon 'Settings'
After that, set limit to Unlimited
Now, you can easily download any app on Google play, or you can download file of any size via your Data plan
