Redmi 3 in endless boot after MiFlash

Hello!
This is my situation.
I was running Mokee OS (Android 10.0) Nightly on my Redmi 3. I had it unlocked and rooted.
I wanted to encrypt the phone, but I didn't know that you shouldn't do that in a rooted device. As soon as I finished choosing the options, the phone prompted for my password, then rebooted and got stuck in a bootloop.
I forced entering into fastboot with Power + Vol-, and flashed the ROM again.

Even then, it was still on a bootloop.
So I decided I'd go with MiFlash. I put the phone in EDL by Power + Vol- + Vol+, connected to my PC (which correctly recognised it as COMxx in MiFlash, and as a Qualcomm QDLoader in Device Manager) and flashed the latest Global Stable.

MiFlash first threw a "Cannot receive hello package" error, then "Try to reset status", then "received hello package" and flashed succesfully.
The phone got past the boot logo, but is now in an endless boot animation.

I tried with different versions of MiFlash on different PCs, with different USB cables and even a couple different ROMs, China and Global. But it still refuses to go past the boot animation.
What can I do?
