Thank you, I am wondering where you find such ROMs as the known ones (Havoc, Pixel Experience, CrDroid, Lineage OS, all do not support Miui.
Anyways I tried the one you thankfully uploaded and unfortunately with the GSM (2g) we have, it is problematic with the calls, some time am not able to make calls, and some time am not able to receive calls, although tried more than a combination of the cellular services (3G, LTE, GSM) or GSM only, all the same.

This roms are ports from mido redmi note 4.Mido is very similar device with same chip.Mido has no official miui update.This all ports from newer devices like Lavender.

I have another rom but it is similar.I don't have such problems like you.Did you tried Mokee os?It is open source android 10.

Maybe because you have 4G not "only 2G", what I like about the ROMs you sent is that they support the Mi cloud as you said those are for "Redmi note 4", I installed "Pixels" from google with android 9, but it hangs from time to time.

I don't have this problem with this rom.It only happens if you are logged in miui account on this phone.

Sorry, I didn't remember that there can be another case if you put the port for the first time after the Miui official one. You have to format the data in Twrp. Be sure to use treble recovery. So not only wipe but also format.
