Question Redmi 7 Local backup not fully restore in Note 10S

Just did a restore of all my Redmi 7's Note / Messages / Contacts backup to Note 10S but looks like only "Note" restore successfully.
Is that normal ??

yes, some files or setting wont be ported due the different os version and miui version

That is very disappointing and a little bit unacceptable. So what can I do for those fail restore Message backup ??
