1. Which Rom and recovery works best at the moment? (compatibility - mostly VoLTE)
2. Which is under constant developement?
3. What ROM Should I choose for QJCEUXM * and why?
-> I found CAOS here on the forum and Bliss

Generic Question:
* My Device seems to be an Redmi 9 EEA with the ID "QJCEUXM" but with NFC. Is this common/normal?

You have mtk xiaomi based phone -> forget custom rom, cause mtk+xiaomi=hard brick (need EDL account).
